It's Monopoly
The aim of the game, for those who have managed to get this far in life without ever playing it, is move around the game board, buying property. In doing so you can collect rent from other players who land on your property. Further wrinkles are added in the form of placing houses or hotels on your property in order to increase the revenue you earn. New Monopoly 3 brings you the full, standard Monopoly experience. and even adds a little real world touch with the ability to view each street itself with street view mode. The interface is utilitarian in appearance but functional for what is essentially a board game made digital.
Not Reinventing the Wheel
If you're just looking for that Monopoly experience, New Monopoly 3 will provide that for you. However there is little to set this digital recreation of the game out from any other. And, while it does everything it needs to, it doesn't try to do anything more. The street view is a nice touch, however.
